1. Job Title: Female Office Administrator

Location: Oyo

Job Description
Our corporate branding firm requires the services of a young and dynamic hardworking lady to take the role of the Office Administration job with immediate effect. Applicants for this job must be able to do the following tasks:

  • Assists office staff in maintaining files and database.
  • Prepares reports, presentations, memorandums, proposals and correspondence.
  • Assigns jobs and duties to office staff as needed.
  • Monitors office operation.
  • Schedules appointments and meetings for executives and upper level staff.
  • Serves as the go-to for office enquiries.
  • Manages staff schedules.
  • Tracks office supply inventory and approves supply orders.
  • Assists in preparation of department budgets and expenses.

Job Skills & Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess HND/ND/B.Sc
  • Ability to use a desktop computer and office suite software packages
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Availability to work weekends
  • Live and reside in Ibadan, preferable closer to Mokola
  • Should be able to deal with and manage people.

Salary
N300,000 – 360,000 anually

2. Job Title: Human Resource Personnel

Location: Oyo

Job Description

  • Our corporate branding firm requires the services of a young and dynamic hardworking person to take the role of the Human Resource Personnel job with immediate effect. Applicants for this job must be able to do the following tasks:
  • Training and Development
  • Leads the implementation of the performance management system that includes performance development plans (PDPs) and employee development programs.
  • Establishes an in-house employee training system that addresses company training needs including training needs assessment, new employee on-boarding or orientation, management development, production cross-training, the measurement of training impact, and training transfers.
  • Assists managers with the selection and contracting of external training programs and consultants.
  • Assists with the development of and monitors the spending of the corporate training budget. Maintains employee training records.

  • Establishes and leads the standard recruiting and hiring practices and procedures necessary to recruit and hire a superior workforce.

Job Skills & Qualifications
Required:

  • Must have at least two years working experience
  • Must be preferably single
  • Ability to use a desktop computer and office suite software packages

  • Availability to work weekends
  • Live and reside in Ibadan, preferable closer to Mokola.
  • Should be able to deal with and manage people.
