Job Requirements

  • University degree, preferably in technology studies and focus on sales
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in printing supplies or computer equipment preferred
  • Experience in managing public procurement bids
  • Experience in carrying out staff training at companies in any area
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in an organized and structured way within and environment with stakeholders across multiple organizations
  • Proactive and self-driven personality
  • Customer-oriented and results-driven professional
  • Fluency in French and English

KPIs:

  • Meeting quarterly and annual quotas set for each project
  • Presenting the required reports in a timely and high-quality manner.

Job Requirements
Are you a high-performer? We are looking for an individual with:

  • 3-5 years of professional experience with a combination of Marketing, Sales, Business Planning experience preferred
  • Selling experience at end user account or partner level
  • Experience developing positive relationships and solving customer problems
  • Understanding of the IT industry, competing vendors, and the channel, including competitive positioning
  • Understanding of HP’s organization & operations, including key business rules, partner segmentation, key programs & initiatives, structure
  • Understanding of a select set of HP’s products, software, and services. Able to communicate the strengths of HP’s offerings, and overcome objections
  • Effectively sells HP offerings by building strategic relationships with partner contacts; and promoting HP programs and offerings
  • Develops account plans with partner to grow HP’s share of the business
  • Partners effectively with others to ensure coordinated, efficient account management
  • Understanding of pipeline management basics and ability to explain benefits to partners
