1.Job Title: E-commerce/Content Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Duties

  • Coordinate and facilitate online sales and website development. Maintain and update online marketing for the brand.
  • Responsibilities and Duties.
  • Generate and update website content (products, content, promotions)
  • Coordinate and facilitate end to end online sales for delivery and payment
  • Work with agencies to build traffic & sales via the website (PPC agency, email marketing provider, e-commerce provider, etc.)
  • Plan, define and implement website changes and functional improvements
  • Maintain and update the online marketing plan for the website
  • Monitor key performance indicators on the website and develop plans to improve them.
  • Manage our supply chain
  • Online sales development
  • Extensive market knowledge and how competitors are doing
  • Coordinate online sales

Detailed Responsibilities

  • Update product information and content on the website
  • Create banners, images, promotions etc. for display on the website
  • Update content managed areas (copy & artwork)
  • Manage website configuration & parameters (e.g. payment options, stock management)
  • Investigate and report any operational/technical issues arising
  • Scope and document ongoing website functional projects /improvements
  • Test and deploy functional projects /improvements
  • Liaise with internal resources regarding the day to day management of the website
  • Evaluate approaches & strategies to improve website sales conversions & customer engagement


  • Understand and develop sources of traffic (& the factors that influence it): email, SEO, PPC, affiliates, social media, catalogues etc.
  • Liaise with agencies or in-house teams to implement and support campaigns
  • Investigate, evaluate and assess new ways of generating additional traffic/orders
  • Produce reports to analyze the performance of all online marketing campaigns and promotions (via reports, analytics, surveys etc.)


  • To meet and exceed all agreed performance objectives (sales, conversions, engagement)
  • Continuous improvement of customer satisfaction
  • Meet internal service levels for website activity and management
  • Maintaining an excellent level of service to the business


  • A degree in Digital Marketing or a solid background in digital marketing with 4-5 years’ experience as an E-commerce Administrator.

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • They are currently in need of a Business Development Manager in Lagos that will drive the sales of Tyres.


  • Handle corporate /Fleet Sales
  • Providing Strategic support to the business head
  • Monitor and supervise Sales team
  • To formulate sales strategy and reach out to the un-explored market /Territory
  • Make sales pitches and acquire new clients and retain existing
  • Market research and Competitor analysis
  • Market development /brand building
  • Proven Track record and inter personal skills
  • Product positioning segment wise across the category –OTR/AGRIC/TRUCK
  • Co-ordinate and collate product complaints /warranty issues /ensure resolution of product complaints


  • Candidate should have 8-10 yrs. experience in sales and marketing of tyres
  • Masters in marketing is a plus
  • Progressive years in Marketing/Sales role is a huge plus
  • The ability to set priorities and exercise flexibility where necessary
  • Basic IT skills

3.Job Title: Brand Manager

Location: Lagos

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop brand strategy and execute accordingly
  • Monitors development and trends in the target sector and respond with appropriate marketing action.
  • Measures the effectiveness of all brand activities.
  • Track and report on activities of competition and respond with appropriate brand action.
  • Grow revenue and dealership base market intelligence & execute required strategy
  • Responsible for providing input in the production of adverts, emails, online campaigns, road shows etc.
  • Increase brand visibility year on year report to be verified by independent agent.
  • Align and work with the sales team to deliver on brand target.
  • Ensure proper implementation of the schemes across channels


  • Self-motivated and hardworking
  • Minimum Educational Standard: HND/B.Sc. in Marketing or its equivalent
  • Minimum Working Experience: 5- 7 Years’ FMCG brand management experience
  • Good knowledge of media buying
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Exposure in consumer electronic trade is highly preferred
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organisation and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Hands on experience in brands management is critical.
