1.Job Title: Fleet Officer

Location: Nigeria
Job Type: Contract

Job Summary

  • The role is responsible for transporters and stake-holders management (Transporters, Truck drivers, PTD Union and Security agencies etc.) on behalf of the company.
  • The Fleet officer is responsible for developing and executing plans to achieve set target for transporters allocated to him and trucks within his care.
  • The incumbent shall be responsible for the direct account management of all transporters.
  • This will include turn around, maintenance schedule, GIT position, calibration status.
  • In addition, the Fleet Officer is the focal point of the transporters for dispute resolution, payment processing and ensuring that transporter trucks are always available for use.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure up-to-date comprehensive database of information on all existing Transporters and fleet is always maintained.
  • Evaluate Transporters performance, provide administrative support around activities of transporters towards attainment of company’s logistics requirement daily.
  • Make suitable recommendations on strategies for relating with each transporter and create a relationship Plan per transporter – Act as primary client interface.
  • Truck Inspection and Truck Audit- Prepare regular analytical reviews of truck performance, turnaround, availability in relation to planning.
  • Shortage resolutions – Analyze and Compute daily shortage resolutions per deliveries across all stations.
Requirements
Education:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Social/Management Sciences.
  • Certification in Logistics Management will be an added advantage.

Knowledge Requirement:

  • Good Knowledge of fleet/logistics management
  • Good relationship & stakeholder management skills
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient use of Ms Word, PowerPoint and Excel (advanced)
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills

Experience:

  • Minimum of Two (2) years relevant work experience in downstream oil and gas supply chain management.

Job Title: Government Relations Support

Location: Nigeria
Job type: Contract

Job Summary

  • The role is responsible for supporting the Government Relations Operations (Government Agencies) majorly in administrative duties and would be required to step in and cover for the Team Lead.
  • The Government Relations Officer will work closely and efficiently with Sales, Engineering and Finance units in ensuring approval documents are secured as timely as possible.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support statutory documentation and regulatory oil & gas license renewals with government agencies (DPR, PPMC, PEF).
  • Manage relationships with regulatory and other agencies.Support the strong ethical relationship between Enyo and relevant institutions/ bodies with a view to ensure the long-term viability of the business.
  • Document and manage all government regulations around Enyo operations to ensure compliance.
  • Support the registration and approval processes for the company in the various states
  • Maintain effective corporate relationship with key stakeholders at the Federal, State and Local Government level
  • Carry out research, provide detailed policy analysis, identify regional vulnerabilities and recommend due mitigation.

Job Requirements
Education:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management Sciences

Knowledge Requirement:

3.Job Title: Brand Implementation Analyst

Location: Nigeria
Job type: Contract

Job Summary

  • The role is responsible for the implementation of consistent branding and quality control activities at Enyo Retail Service Stations.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Sustain quality control plans at all ERS service stations using the branding manual and checklist.
  • Allocate and keep inventory of all station branding materials.
  • Ensure all branding issues are responded to within specified timelines.
  • Support the station manager in dealing with complaints at all ERS service stations.
  • Maintain branding elements at ERS service stations.
  • Update the station branding manual and checklist when required and circulate to all stakeholders
  • Ensure consistent brand deployment on all ENYO assets.
  • Supervise branding of all ERS station and ensure that the brand is consistent with the station branding manual.
  • Allocate vendors for all new projects and evaluate execution of all branding element compared to the manual.
  • Ensure no compromise is made on all that concerns branding.
  • Sign off on brand implementation of newly branded ERS stations using the station branding checklist.
  • Supervise inspections, reports and documentations issued by station managers

Job Requirements
Education:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Mass Communication, Marketing or related field.
  • Preferred Years of Experience: 2 – 3 year(s)

Knowledge Requirement:

  • Analytical skills and attention to detail
  • An understanding of trends in branding in the oil and gas industry
  • Creativity and ability to produce innovative and original ideas
  • Written and verbal communication skills
